WARRANTY & RETURNS

At VIORA, we stand behind our products and provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty on VIORA products. VIORA warrants all VIORA devices that cover replacement & repairs due to malfunctions & manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of one year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. It does not cover wear & tear, theft, or accidental damage.

REFUND POLICY

VIORA adheres to a customer-first policy. If you are not satisfied with our products or services, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for all unopened and unused VIORA brand products to be returned for a full refund, no questions asked. Please note that items marked as "FINAL SALE" with a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for return.

Please contact our customer service department at viora@viora.life for "RMA service" to receive an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number.

Proof of purchase – you will attach a copy or image of your proof of purchase or order number.
Serial number of your device (if available)
We are sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels or process a restocking fee for returns.

Note: Assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Any items lost in transit without a tracking number or due to improper packaging are not the responsibility of VIORA and will not be covered by the returns and warranty replacement policy.

We are only able to issue refunds for VIORA products purchased directly from www.viora.life. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

Sale items marked with a discount of 30% or greater are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

We are sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

7 Days Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If your device arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process, contact our customer support center for RMA authorization, and no charge for a return label within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to us, we can send you a new item free of charge, or you can choose to receive a full refund.
